Genevieve Huang x Tracksmith

Genevieve Huang is a very talented baker with a day-job is at Sofra bakery. She hosts Pop-ups at tracksmith, a running store on Newbury St. Her pop-ups are worth the crowd and feature some of the most creative and delicious pastries I've had.

Featured here is her smore's pop-tart (from a fall pop-up). A flaky, buttery tart with the just the right amount of chocolate and marshmallow flare. It looked so good, I had to find a park bench to enjoy it immediately.
