CSCA Cafe

The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts recently opened up a cafe across the street from the school. The CSCA cafe is supplied with pastries from the school, and everything I've tried has tasted fantastic, including some take-and-bake frozen croissants and chocolate truffles. Their chocolate chip cookie follows the classic "crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle" approach with a good quantity of chocolate chips throughout. They are extremely fresh and a very satisifying treat.
