Lovely Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is the cookie that started it all, the one that made me realize that all chocolate chip cookies are not the same and they should all be appreciated for their uniqueness. Butternut'™s cookie is superbly thin, chewy, and complex. There a toasty caramel sweetness balanced by thin layers of dark bitter chocolate pieces. Flakes of salt melted into the top round out this cookie as one of the most unique ones I'™ve ever tasted.
