Bakey

A cookie with a dark brown edge and large round chocolate chips in different colors A cross section of a thin cookie with thin wafers of chocolate

Bakey has several storefronts in the Boston area - including one across the street from the Common; I managed to find them at the Davis Square Farmer's market this week. This bakery is known for their delicious babka creations, but they also supply a unique triple-chocolate-chip cookie. With milk, dark, and white chocolate this cookie gives you all of the flavors that you want to find and has a good amount of chocolate inside. Instead of a chewy interior, it's soft and crumbly in the middle with a crisp edge. The white and milk chocolate combine to make this a sweeter cookie than average.

Next time, I'll have to try their cinnamon babka, which looks like a delightful tower of sweet dough.
